With his slot 5 rune, Ian's The Button Master is the single highest source of spawn speed in the game, at e53 with a level 15 rune. Even better, it is completely unconditional if you already have Ian, as opposed to needing a kill in each area like Turps. However, spawn speed at this extreme will actually cause lag, to the point that spawn speed beyond e10 is more likely to slow you down than to speed you up. With Ian specifically, some room should be left for even more spawn speed, since Augmentation will increase it further as areas are cleared.
