Chef Casey is the first Crusader in the third tier of the Kaines' Dinner of Doom Event, and the first in Slot 27. Casey is a very enthusiastic chef... but don't ask her what her stew is really made of.
At level 50, her Stew ability is unlocked, which adds 2 veggies to ingredients chosen randomly every 15 seconds:

• Carrots: add 50% Global DPS
• Potatoes: add 50% Gold Find

At level 300, Carnivore is unlocked, which adds a choice of 2 meats to the Stew:

• Beef: increase DPS by 100% for Crusaders next to Casey
• Sausage: increase DPS by 100% in the column behind Casey

At level 600, Casey can finish her stew with Spice it Up, adding 2 spices:

• Salt: 10% spawn speed rate increase
• Pepper: 25% chance to double quest items or monster kills

Plant-Based
With her new skin, Casey can become an floral creature with a new name and dual-gendered. "Plant-Based" has the following tag changes:

• Since Casey can only have so many ingredients in her stew, it is generally beneficial to disable her Spice It Up! upgrade when pushing, and, conversely, to disable Carnivore when looking for pure speed. Use Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to enable and disable upgrades.
• Because of her ability, she's used frequently as speed crusaders together with Baenarall, Angel of Hope, President Billy Smithsonian, Sjin the Builder, Turps the Tasty and Penny the Park Planner. Mindy the Mime is usually used together to mimic two of them.
• If Mindy the Mime mimics Casey and a propagating crusader such as Langley the Conductor or Mycall the Mushroom, Casey's Stew creation ability will be propagated and multiplied. This can be used to get enough drop multiplier to complete an area as soon as the first monster is killed, and a significant amount of speed buffs. This is known as Super Casey.
• Simmer can be affected by Upgrade Buffs. With a strong enough buff, Casey (and Mindy) can maintain 100% uptime on all of the Stew ingredients.
