Cindy the Cheer-Orc

Cindy the Cheer-Orc is the second Tier 2 crusader available from the Carnage Cup event. She has some cool abilities hidden in her pom-poms. At level 50, she unlocks Top of the Pyramid which will buff other Crusaders' DPS up to 25% per slot based on how far away they are from Cindy. At level 400 her Practice Makes Perfect ability increases the effect of Top of the Pyramid based on the area you've reached by 10% (multiplicative) per 50 areas.

Note: On Jan 23 2020, Cindy was revamped. Changes include: Top of the Pyramid bonus increased from 25% to 50%, Cheer's bonus moved from 20% to 40%, and High Stamina now keeps building a bonus until reset. Additionally, her Legendary gear was changed, so the Ribbon now includes Elves, the Uniform benefits Top of the Pyramid, and the Pom Pom just increases High Stamina by 50%.

Practice Makes Perfect stacks multiplicatively so will increase Top of the Pyramid by 77% at area 300, 213.8 % at area 600 and 455.99% at area 900
High Stamina is most useful on Objectives that multiply the requirements for each area or debuff dps per enimy killed.
Top of the Pyramid increases for each slot away from Cindy the Cheer-Orc a crusader is, so she works best as a buffer with her in one corner of the formation and your main DPS in the other
