The companion version of Jack O'Lantern is in the first objective of the Emo's New Moon event, Bring Forth the Pumpkin. He occupies the center of the last column of the formation and has a debuff, "Pumpkin Monarch", which causes the Crusaders in the two columns in front of Jack to take extra damage when attacked.
