Magnify is an ability of Detective Kaine's and Mister the Monkey's second upgrade, Larry the Leprechaun's fourth upgrade, and Bernard the Bartender's and Zombie Winter's third upgrade.
The purpose of Magnify is to increase the effectiveness of the next activated ability by 50%. It has a 30 minute cooldown before being usable again, though the cooldown length can be reduced with certain trinkets, equipment, and crusader upgrades. This ability does not stack.
It is only available when Kaine, Monkey, Larry, Bernard or Zombie is present in the current formation. Once activated, Magnify will remain armed even if the crusader that activated is removed from or replaced in the formation. So if you want to use Magnify to make Fire Storm do more damage, you can put Kaine in the formation use Magnify and then replace Kaine with the Princess and then her Fire Storm will do damage at least 75% of the enemies' current health to those enemies.
Magnify can be increased by the talent Higher Magnification, which can cause Magnify to increase the effectiveness by 100%. Magnify also benefits from the Instant Satisfaction talent.
