• Due to his Act of Congress ability Billy is basically a must have for every run, especially for speed farming or at least to clear early areas faster. The increased drops faster progress in FP and any objective, event, etc. Act of Congress can be mimicked by Mindy the Mime

• Because of that ability, Billy is usually used as speed crusaders together with Turps the Tasty, Baenarall, Angel of Hope, Sjin the Builder, Chef Casey and Penny the Park Planner. Mindy the Mime usually joins them to mimic two of those crusaders
• This works especially well on objectives like Dual Trouble or Slow Descent, which have longer areas and proportionally less area switching time. AoC does not activate on boss monsters. This is intended.
