Spaceking is the an alternate crusader available from the 2017 event, Gardeners of the Galaxy. He swaps with Fire Phoenix, Alan the ArchAngel, and Fright-o-Tron 4000.

The first of the two new Tier 2 Crusaders is Spaceking who'd put Zapp Brannigan to shame with his lascivious behaviour and penchant for melodrama.
