The Exterminator and the 21st crusader slot can be unlocked by completing the eleventh objective of the World's Wake campaign, Grey Goo. The Exterminator focuses on DPS, and has two conditional DPS buffs as well as a gold buff that grow more powerful as more robot crusaders are placed in the formation.
